Common Questions

• Premium / Subscriptions: On your iPhone, open the app > Settings > Restore Purchases. If needed, manage from your Apple subscriptions.
• Invoices: Ensure your Tutor Profile (name/subjects/PayNow) is set in Settings. Then use Invoice to export a PDF for unpaid lessons in a date range.
• Location-based reminders: In iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, allow location “Always” for TutorTrack and enable notifications. Add student addresses with a 6-digit SG postal code.
